Export a Student Gradebook

It's possible to export a student gradebook. This can be useful if you want a hard copy of student achievements.

An exported student gradebook includes:

  • Course details
  • Assignment details
  • Assignment attachment files
  • Student grades
  • Student submission files
  • Student and teacher comments

Export a Student Gradebook From the Students Page

  1. Navigate to the Students page and click on the student for whom you want to export.

  1. Click on the More Options () button on the student course card, and click Export.

  1. Select either Excel or CSV format, and click Export.

  2. Once your export is finished it will download a zip file which contains all of your gradebook information.

Export a Student Gradebook From the Gradebooks Page

  1. Navigate to the Gradebooks page and click on the student course you want to export. It may be under the completed tab.

  1. Click on the More Options () button on the student course card, and click Export.
