View Your Subscription Status

Syllabird uses Stripe to securely manage all of our payment processing. Stripe is trusted by millions of companies worldwide.

  1. Click on your user icon in the upper right to open the user menu.

  2. Click on Account to go to the account management page.

  3. Scroll down to the Subscription section and you will see a Status field. The status can be one of the following:

  • Active: When you have a subscription that has been successfully paid.
  • Trialing: When you are in your 14 day free trial period.
  • Past Due: When you have a subscription that is past the payment deadline and has not yet been paid.
  • Unpaid: When you have a subscription that is past its payment deadline, has also passed the two week grace period, and has not yet been paid.
  1. To resolve payment issues you can visit the Stripe Billing Portal by clicking Open Billing Portal.
